Agencies wishing to work with SDG must have a fully executed written agreement in place before submitting any candidate information. Submitting a resume or candidate profile without such an agreement does not create any obligation for SDG to pay recruiting, placement, referral, or other fees.
If a candidate is submitted without a prior agreement, SDG reserves the right to independently contact, interview, evaluate, and hire that candidate without any legal or financial obligation to the submitting agency or recruiter.
